Pour some out for Bo.....

Well...America has spoken. I was pulling for Bo Bice, but alas, Carrie Underwood is our new American Idol. I am not a huge fan of southern rock or country music, but I have to say, they were both very talented. I loved Bo...I just thought he had such a natural presence on stage. I am hoping he actually does get his record deal with Clive Davis.

Dish & Design

I had so much fun last night at the Dish & Design chat hosted by Shabby Princess. There were so many scrappers all in the same room and it was hilarious. The chat board was moving feverishly and it was so hard to keep up. We were chatting until after 1 am. I am so tired this morning and I think I have the beginnings of a Spring cold. Sore throat...yuk!

Well...I am going to be busy today working on a couple kits. I have a freebie kit coming out soon, so please check ScrapKitchen.com's freebie section in the coming week. Also, I am planning large special kit release, hopefully by the end of this week. I hope you all like it.

Long time....no blog...

I have been neglecting my blog lately. I have been busy with family and friends for the past couple weeks and managed to get out my latest kit, Daddy Rocks! I am really happy with it and love the wooden alpha. There has been a great response to the kit and I am so thankful for everyone's sweet comments.

So, I made a big purchase this week. Finally got a Digital Rebel XT. I LOVE it. My photography improved immediately. Oh course my husband was a little less than impressed with the price tag but I explained to him that I NEED it. Don't we NEED all of these digital toys??? I went crazy photographing everything.

Oh...and I was also excited yesterday because my Lilac tree actually bloomed. It didn't bloom last year and I was afraid it was dying. But this year, we got 4-5 blooms. I am so happy. Of course I photographed it!
